ABOUT With more than 16 years in brand, sales and marketing leadership and a decade in hospitality before that, I’ve seen every version of the same problem: teams stretched thin, wearing too many hats, trying to design and maintain a personalized customer experience with not enough bandwidth to execute it to perfection.
