With more than 16 years in brand, sales and marketing leadership and a decade in hospitality before that, I’ve seen every version of the same problem: teams stretched thin, wearing too many hats, trying to design and maintain a personalized customer experience with not enough bandwidth to execute it to perfection.

I’m Carrie Kalscheuer, an executive overseeing sales teams and operations, brand, e-commerce, and customer experience. My work with some of Oregon’s top wineries has spanned organizational restructuring, team development and coaching, customer retention and acquisition strategy, e-commerce optimization, sales and service training, and building systems that create clarity and meaningful impact on the bottom line.
